CYCLING TOUR AND CAMP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings with EUROVELO TOURS shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

TOUR PARTICIPANT(S)
-  EUROVELO TOURS reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any participant(s) as a member of any tour/camp if his or her
  conduct is disruptive and affecting the enjoyment of other participant(s) and EURVELO TOURS shall be under no liability for any extra
  cost incurred by such a participant(s) as a result of their doing so.

-  EUROVELO TOURS requires that any participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 
  and EUROVELO TOURS shall retains the right to reject any such registration under the age of 18 and shall be under no liability for this
  requirement.

DEPOSIT
-  Advance booking is necessary to reserve your place(s) on all EUROVELO TOUR cycling tours and camps. A reservation will only be
  made if the completed Registration Form is accompanied by:

   - A deposit of $500.00 CDN
   - Completed Wavier Form
   - Proof of medical/travel insurance

FINAL PAYMENT
-  Final payment is due to EUROVELO TOURS no later than 30-days prior to the departure date of the tour/camp. If the final payment is
  not paid to EUROVELO TOURS, as stated herein, EUROVELO TOURS reserves the right to regard the reservation as canceled and
  the participant(s) shall forfeit his or her deposit.

CANCALLATION
-  Cancellation of a registration by a participant(s) is only effective when received by EUROVELO TOURS in writing from the participant
  signing the Registration Form. Cancellation charges will be scaled accordingly:

Period prior to departure in which notice is received                                    Cancellation charge as % of total tour/camp price

             45 - 60 days                                                                                                                 40%
             30 - 44 days                                                                                                                 60%
             15 - 29 days                                                                                                                 80%
              0  - 14 days                                                                                                                100%

-  EUROVELO TOURS reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel the tour/camp and in such circumstance EUROVELO TOURS
  shall return the registered participant(s) all monies paid. In no case except for reasons of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity,
  industrial disputes, natural an nuclear disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure congestion of Airports or ports,
  cancellations or charges of schedule by scheduled Airlines and similar events beyond the control of EUROVELO TOURS will the
  tour/camp be cancelled less than two (2) weeks before the scheduled departure date.

ALTERATIONS
-  EUROVELO TOURS reserves the right at any time to substitute alternative accommodations or to make any other alterations to the
  tour/camp arrangements which are deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond their control and undertake to inform participants
  as soon as possible. Where additional costs are involved these must be borne by the participants. Whilst every attempt will be made
  to run the tour/camp as indicated in the brochure as itinerary EUROVELO TOURS are unable to make refund due to poor weather
  conditions.

LIABILITY
-  EUROVELO TOURS are and shall not be liable for person injury, death, damage to property of other loss whether arising from
  accident, cancellation delays or any other matter beyond their control. Participants should insure against all such participants.

-  All participants must read, complete and return with their completed Registration Form the signed waiver, in the event EUROVELO
  TOURS fails to receive the participants completed and signed waiver, EUROVELO TOURS retains the right to reject the participation of
  such individual(s) in the tour/camp. In the event any monies have been paid to EUROVELO TOURS and the said waiver has not been 
  received EUROVELO TOURS retains the rights to forfeit any and all monies to the participant.
