TOURS shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: |

Tour Participants |
|
| |
EUROVELO
TOURS reserves the right to decline to accept or retain
any participant(s) as a member of any tour/camp if his
or her conduct is disruptive and affecting the enjoyment
of other participants and EUROVELO TOURS shall be under
no liability for any extra cost incurred by such a participant(s)
as a result of their doing so.
EUROVELO TOURS requires that any participant under the
age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
over the age of 18 and EUROVELO TOURS shall retain the
right to reject any such registration of a participant
under the age of 18 and shall be under no liability
for this requirement

Single Supplement |
|
| |
Accommodations
at the Hotel Dory are based on double occupancy, in
the event you are traveling on your own and desire your
own room, there shall be a single supplement of $45.00
(CAD) per day applied to the cost of the Tour price.
For our athletes who may be traveling alone and wish
to share a room with another one of our athletes, we
will match you with another cyclist.

Booking
Conditions
All bookings with EUROVELO TOURS shall be subject to the
following terms and conditions

DEPOSIT
Advance booking is necessary to reserve your place(s)
in all EUROVELO TOURS cycling tours/camps. A reservation
will only be made if the completed Registration
Form is accompanied by:

• Proof/completed
medical/travel insurance |
| |
• All
payments are to be made to Compass Rose Travel and
must accompany your registration form. |

FINAL
PAYMENT
Final payment is due to EUROVELO TOURS no later than
30-days prior to the departure date of the tour/camp.
If the final payment is not paid to EUROVELO TOURS,
as stated herein, EUROVELO TOURS reserves the right
to regard the reservation as cancelled and the participant
shall forfeit his or her deposit.

CANCALLATION
Cancellation of a registration by a participant is only
effective when received by EUROVELO TOURS in writing
from the participant signing the Registration Form.
Cancellation charges will be scaled accordingly:

EUROVELO
TOURS reserves the right in any circumstances to cancel
the tour/camp and in such an event EUROVELO TOURS shall
return to the registered participant(s) all monies paid.
In no case except for reasons of war, riots, civil strife,
terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and
nuclear disasters, fire, technical problems to transport,
closure or congestion of Airports or ports, cancellations
or changes of schedule by scheduled Airlines and similar
events beyond the control of EUROVELO TOURS will the
tour/camp be cancelled less than two (2) weeks before
the scheduled camp / tour date. |

ALTERATIONS
EUROVELO TOURS reserves the
right at any time to substitute alternative accommodations
or to make any other alterations to the tour/camp arrangements
which are deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond
their control and undertake to inform participants as
soon as possible. Where additional costs are involved
these must be borne by the participants. Whilst every
attempt will be made to run the tour/camp as indicated
in the brochure or itinerary, EUROVELO TOURS are unable
to make refunds due to poor weather conditions.

LIABILITY
EUROVELO
TOURS are and shall not be liable for personal injury,
death, damage to property of other loss whether arising
from accident, cancellation delays or any other matter
beyond their control. Participants should insure against
all such possibilities.
All participants must read, complete and return with their
completed Registration Form the singed Wavier, in the
event EUROVELO TOURS fails to receive the participants
completed and signed Wavier, EUROVELO TOURS retains the
right to reject the participation of such individual(s)
in the tour/camp. In the event any monies have been paid
to EUROVELO TOURS and the said wavier has not been received
EUROVELO TOURS retains the right to forfeit any and all
monies to the participant.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any and all personal
information requested for each participant shall be the
property of EUROVELO TOURS for the expressed purpose of
registration in the camp / tour desired by the participant.
EVT shall retain such personal information of each participant
and shall not release such personal information without
the written consent of the participant.
